Pre-Listing or Seller’s Inspections

If you are a homeowner who is looking to make your asking price and to sell your house as quickly as possible, a Seller’s Inspection can greatly improve your chances of meeting your goals. Jeff Smith will inspect the same systems and components listed above, but he will be working for you instead for of a potential buyer.

 

Jeff’s findings will provide you with the knowledge you need in order to make repairs to your home before putting your house on the market. This reduces the risk of the buyer’s inspector discovering something that could frighten away a buyer or give the buyer a reason to request that work be performed on your house for an estimated cost that is often far higher than what you would need to pay if time was on your side, like it is when you have a Seller’s Inspection performed.

Re-Inspections

If Jeff has inspected the home and contractors have been called in to make repairs, Jeff will return to the home to appraise the work and to make sure that everything has been taken care of properly. In addition, if it is discovered that Jeff missed a defect or safety hazard during his original inspection, he will perform a Re-Inspection at no charge to his clients.
