AZ325 Real Estate Inspection offers a variety of thorough and helpful home inspection services to meet the needs of home buyers and sellers in Southern Arizona, including Tucson, Douglas, Prescott, and Prescott Valley. Home inspector Jeff Smith follows the Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics as put forth by ASHI, InterNACHI, and the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
AZ325 Real Estate Inspection’s most popular inspection is their Buyer’s Inspection, which occurs after closing but before the sale is finalized. A Buyer’s Inspection allows the buyer to acquire the information about the true condition of the home that they need in order to make an informed decision. It also gives the buyer enough information in case there is a need to negotiate with the seller about taking care of repairs or replacements regarding systems and components of the house that home inspector Jeff Smith has found to be defective. A typical Buyer’s Inspection will include an inspection of the following, when visible and accessible:
- Roofing System
- Foundation & Crawl Space
- Structural Components
- Deck & Patio
- Attached Garage
- Exterior (doors, windows, cladding)
- Interior (doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, stairs)
- Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation
- Fireplace & Chimney
- HVAC Systems
- Electrical System
- Plumbing System

Additional Inspection Services
AZ325 Real Estate Inspection also offers the following inspections to meet your needs:
Pre-Listing or Seller’s Inspections
If you are a homeowner who is looking to make your asking price and to sell your house as quickly as possible, a Seller’s Inspection can greatly improve your chances of meeting your goals. Jeff Smith will inspect the same systems and components listed above, but he will be working for you instead for of a potential buyer.
Jeff’s findings will provide you with the knowledge you need in order to make repairs to your home before putting your house on the market. This reduces the risk of the buyer’s inspector discovering something that could frighten away a buyer or give the buyer a reason to request that work be performed on your house for an estimated cost that is often far higher than what you would need to pay if time was on your side, like it is when you have a Seller’s Inspection performed.
If Jeff has inspected the home and contractors have been called in to make repairs, Jeff will return to the home to appraise the work and to make sure that everything has been taken care of properly. In addition, if it is discovered that Jeff missed a defect or safety hazard during his original inspection, he will perform a Re-Inspection at no charge to his clients.
Pool & Spa Inspections
Keep your family safe by ensuring that you can enjoy your pool and/or spa without having to worry about hazards or defective components. AZ325 Real Estate Inspection will inspect your pool and/or spa to ensure that its systems and components are functioning properly and that nothing is in need of repair.
Let Jeff Smith relieve you of the stress incurred by not getting to know your home or home-to-be. Contact AZ325 Real Estate Inspection for the highest quality inspection services in Southern Arizona.
